No matter what your vision is for your big day, we can guarantee you that our staff will deliver. The elegant setting of our ballroom will provide the perfect backdrop to allow your party to shine for years to come.

"Chef Rodrigo spent 2 hours with me discussing each hors d'oeuvre, small plate and station. He literally brewed his own lavender simple syrup, (using lavender from his garden), for use in our signature drink. Three days before my wedding, my Carltun wedding coordinator, Stefan and Rodrigo sensed I was not 100% happy with the layout of the wedding - I wanted more of a lounge feel (high tops, couches, etc). They proposed bringing the Carltun patio furniture, (high tops, love seats, low tables) inside, revamped the entire layout, inlcuding letting me use an additonal room and even callen the linen store I was using to make sure there would be no probelm with changing my order. They were both a pleasure to work with. Needless to say the food wa great, everything was executed perfectly and the staff was professional. If I could give them six stars I would." -Happy Couple

The Carltun and Dover Group Take Over The Milleridge Inn

We would like to wish you a happy and healthy new year. We would like to introduce ourselves to you, as of New Year Day the joint venture between The Carltun and The Dover Group have taken over the operations of the Milleridge Inn and will work hard to restore the facility to its original luster. The majority of the original staff has become part of our team and we will work closely with them to keep your experience at the Inn, Cottage and Shops as a memorable one. We are currently taking reservations for lunch, brunch, and dinner as well as social, business and private events in the Cottage. Pam has returned to head our staff at the Cottage. The bakery and confectionary are currently open in the village while the other shops are undergoing a much needed renovation and will reopen early spring. We invite you to come by and meet us, as we are excited to begin an amazing 2016 with you!
